Tip Postponement

When I want to hurt myself I try to think of things I need to do before I can do it. Like I will do it in the morning because my husband will notice if I did it now. When morning comes I am over the urge. I just keep trying to think of reasons I can't do it when I am "in the moment" so that there is a far less chance of me doing it later when I am thinking more clearly.
