Tip Morning routine

I try to follow the same routine every morning when I wake up. It is hard for me to make simple decisions, esp when I'm sleepy & need meds. Im up at 6a, before everyone, drink 8 oz water, take meds with more h2o. get my son's clothes, vitamins and breakfast out, read devotions on the porch, drink green tea.Gave up coffee. Now its 7a.I DONT RUSH. Wake up my son, eat oatmeal and an apple& hes off to school by 8.EVERY DAY. I make it a priority. Rigid but it helps. Same at nite if Im stable.
