Sleep=routine=schedule=holding self accountable=accomplishment! Make ✓lists (errands, exercise, play w/ dog, get outside, etc...)! ✓ing off each task, no matter how mundane, for me at least, turns ✓'s into daily "MUST DOS!" Feeling some sense of accomplishment, even if "showering" a ✓, DO IT! TRY READING on "lazy days,'' don't be couch ornament! Even though TECHNICALLY STILL sitting on butt, I'm using my brain, processing, thinking, learning; NOT channel surfing & nodding off ALL day!
