I find it helps to write in a journal. Just writing down your mood, why you feel that way, what triggered you,and what might you be able to do to avoid those triggers. Sometimes I will burn the paper I journaled on ..... it not only gives me a sense of relief it also represents me letting go of the past emotions/stages and moving forward into the new emotions/stages.
