when I don't feel like starting my goals and or doing anything.. I shelf all thoughts- since they are obviously not helping- and physically start acting upon what needs to be done. I have done this enough now to have faith that by the time I am half way done with the task, the negative attitude has dissapated and I am totally engaged and do more than I even planned on. Feeling good usually has to come from engaging ourselves physically so it short circuits the prelude of negative thoughts
