Tip Motivation

I have the "10 minute rule." When I get depressed, I never want to do anything. So, I give myself the 10 Minute Rule. I tell myself to do a task for 10 min., and after that I reevaluate, deciding either to end the task, or keep on going. Most of the time, after 10 minutes is up, I can keep going because 10 min. is how long it takes me to transition. If I do it for 10 min., I tell myself 10 more min., and so on. Either way, at least I am getting something done, even if it is only 10 min. worth.
