Tip Just breathe!

Thank God for my Fiance of 8 years. Through all my ups and downs. Through the best and worst of things. His best advice no matter the situation is " just breathe". I just want to scream at him at first "are you crazy?". But once I start to slowly breathe I find that I can think more clearly. Slow deep breaths is the key. Breathing is a fundamental thing we all take for granted. And sometimes it takews someone to remind us of the simple answers.
