Tip Rage

I have a raging rage. My rage is so outrageous that it scares people and puts them off. My face is pretty and when I rage, my face is distorted and ugly. The veins in my neck pop out. I rant and wretch like a wild hyena. People have to tell me to calm down. All I can do is inhale and exhale deeply. In thru the nose, out thru the mouth. AIr has to be pushed out of the mouth fully thru use of the diaphragm. if I am exhaling effectively, my gut will slowly cave all the way in towards my back. It's a good feeling and it helps to calm my rage. So does abilify.
