Tip count your breaths

When I have trouble falling asleep, one tip helps me alot: Count down from twenty, while being aware of you breathing. Count your breaths and try to breathe naturally. Breathe in... breathe out... 20- breathe in... breathe out... 19... and so on. When I have counted down to zero I'd mentally sing a lullaby for myself. If I'm really stressed out I count down from 50 or 100 and often fall asleep before reaching zero.
