I work out 3-5 times per week. It is the only time I can really let go of everything else and listen to my body tell me how it feels. Working out helps rid my body of toxins and stress. I sleep better. I eat better. Best of all, I feel better. Oh! Drink plenty of water and don't forget to stretch.
