Tip Getting Up when I'm Down

Get up at the same day everyday and get moving - no matter what it takes! Get into sunlight or bright light as soon as possible. Eat a good meal. Sing. Keep doing things. Don't lay in bed and let the depression and anxiety just pull me down deeper. I already know where that leads! P.S., Don't drag out of bed and veg out in front of the TV - another pull me down into the black hole thing!
