Tip Goals for the day

If your like me you like to make "Things to do " list, I have changed the name of this list to "Goals for the Day" I find that I am more motivated and encouraged to complete the list if it is a "Goal" and not a "Thing".It feels better at the end of the day to say to yourself " I have accomplished so many goals today" rather than " I have done so many things today". The word things is just as it is, things. Next time you have "things to do today" "make it "Goals for the day"Today is a good day.
