Tip exercise at least 3 times a week

regular exercise, with at least 30 minutes of cardio, 3x's per week, has helped me tremendously, in living with my Bipolar Disorder. Especially important when I feel the least like exercising that I force myself. I have 2 dogs, so even if I don't get to the gym I can always take them for a brisk walk. I ALWAYS feel better after I exercise.
