Being good to myself isn't always easy when I'm in the depressive phase of bipolar. I trash myself with tenacity. But, when I am good to myself. Honouring promises to myself, taking care of what I can, reaching out for help from my partner. Listening when all I want to do is speak. Picking up the tools that bring me wellness. Peace and harmony is restored. I feel better about myself and my life.
